Please also fill out the Alberta Association Of Midwives “Request For Care” form so that you are added to the provincial waitlist in case I do not have availability for your estimated birth date.

I am contracted to provide Alberta Health Services funded midwifery care through Prairie Midwives in Red Deer, AB.

As months book up quickly and the wait list is long, please send your application in as soon as you know you are pregnant. I do my best to respond to every request for care and add every request for care to my waitlist, however if you do not receive an invite for a midwifery consultation by the time you are 10 weeks, please seek out another caregiver.

Availability: I’m currently fully booked until the end of October 2023.

I will be off on holidays for the month of August 2023 and the month of January 2024.
